I think they look very similar in more than one way.
Collado has played MC a bit more and has a better shot/touch but is maybe less of a dribbler and a bit slower?

This is the anti-Bobo32 opinion.
His positioning is OK but consists mostly of staying wide and being fast enough to get involved, his passing doesn't impress me at all.
If he gains speed he should focus on Bolts WR:s tbh.

Demir just doesn't strike me as a midfielder. So a bit of speed would be nice. He doesn't need to be wicked fast to be fair. Haven't seen nearly enough of him to put him in the "bad" winger/playmaker bracket though. (like Kubo, Collado,...).
