Yea, only thing I didn't like in the back line was Alonso, hate him at CB, but beyond that, that was the best back 4 available.

So far this season we can largely use Alba & Balde Interchangeably, Alba hasn't been anywhere near as bad as people may try to make out, so far this season.

That backline was more than good enough to win against Espanyol. Should have scored a second goal way before we let them back in the game.

Good defensively.

Very average on ball and it causes issues when that half of defence is Araujo and Kounde and neither great on ball. Of that back four only Christensen looked as comfortable on it as would want. Balde is the same for now average taking ball at back under pressure.

Better off with a 'proper' RB for money spent but decent player.

Barca resorted to hammering ball long to couple isolated front plyers as didnt have ability to play out from back with any consistency. Too many punts long or deferring back to GK to try and break lines in way should never be asked to.

This guy is too casual .. also automatically goes to covering as opposed to tackling .. more than once I have seen him leaving the attacker and heading to the goal line to clear the ball if he shoots.

I cannot trust his style if he plays as a CB .. as a RB, its a different story

He's a better CB than Christensen, but will struggle to play LCB, with so few reps at that position.

We should have bought some imaginary RB instead.
