Look up my posts, I've been saying that his physique will be exposed by any pacy/strong striker from the start. He is good enough to be 3rd/4th choice CB against weaker teams, which he showed against Sociedad. Bayern is a mismatch for him. But yeah, I would generally avoid bringing players of his profile to Barca, but his transfer was a no-brainer on a free.

Wanting a technical CB means you're sacrificing some physical traits. Very difficult to find one who is world class in all major areas.

Harder to obtain them unless you have an exceptional scouting staff. Those type of CBs are expensive and Barca have multiple areas where they need to rebuild. That will be expensive.
