Has all the tools except the one between his ears. South American players struggle when it's not a cluster of a game. He would be much better at a club that doesn't rely on full control and synchronization

Not really "all the tools" beside footballing-IQ - his technique is very meh.

It's not as bad as it seems it's just that at Barca it stands out more. Put him in a different club and he is 100% a top 3 CB.

It's not great. But when compared to Cubarsi yeah he looks terrible. But Cubarsi is going to be a god tier ball playing CB for 15 yrs

No top 3 CB would have his passing and positioning.

Top 1 CB ever physically but lacks a lot as it stands.

Top CBs have to be a lot better on ball to be in that conversation.
