Everyone is made of paper if they do a completely different training session and warm up then play a match right away. They have little time for their body to adapt therefore more chance to get injured. Clubs really should be informed on the training regime for their international duty and get to have their own players not do too much different training straight away for meaningless matches days later.

It doesn't happen to Barca players only. Everyone gets injured on the shitty NT duty period. Even a physical monster like Lewa got injured and missed the CL QF vs PSG in 2021
