Xavi, Victor & Carles have been members of the squad as long as I have been a fan...He was easily the most recognizable player on the pitch owing to his famous hair but he forced you to appreciate what a footballer he was for Barcelona despite that rocker look of his
He's gone now but, for me, largely due to his injuries over the past few seasons, his absence has been felt for quite awhile already...Hard to predict what legends of the club will develop from the current young crop since Puyol entered at the time Pep was heading towards the exit...It's the natural order of things for one cycle to end and another to begin although it's hard to imagine a warrior like Capitá suddenly appearing to lead the club through another dynasty
Puyi has been an example on & off the pitch and has the respect of fans, rivals, coaches and legends of the game...Always prefer seeing a legend like that leaving while playing but hopefully we can add another title to his already impressive list of accomplishments
Going to miss him both as a player and leader but I really feel it'll be his leadership that is most missed in the squad
