It is better to get someone established and hungry, that you know what you get with, rather than a young expensive one based on potential. Especially when La Masia is working overtime to produce young talents.
Inigo, Tek, Christensen and even Kessie on free (Auba for short time) along Raphinha, Kounde & Lewa. Those has fueled our rebuild along La Masia and existing talents.

He's playing well now and you're defending him against araujo.

Yea months ago he was still playing like he did now lol.
Question is were you amongst the 9m Euros per year wasted gang last season, the overwhelming majority were, now he's the best thing since slice bread.
Wouldn't be surprised, but won't call you out since I can't remember.
When i say if araujo gets a run of games and replaces him we'll be fine, believe me because you know foresight I'm batting 90's on this bitshhhh, they hate to hear it, but that's because its the truth lol.

ngl. I don’t even know there was a 9 per year wasted gang. If that was in reference to inigo, I think I barely opened his thread last season. dunno why. prolly didnt think too much of him then.
Yes I started thinking highly of him this season but was quick to point out Araujo SHOULDNT be expected to be starter as Inigo so far was havint close to perfect season.

I appended post. I am not claiming I always rated him btw. He wasn’t on my radar before last season either.
Was just referring to this season proposing he should be starter ahead of araujo based on his performances until a few months ago.

Indeed but also likes of you claimed Araujo is the starter this season when others said he wouldnt be Inigo should a few months back.
You also claimed neither Cubaris or Inigo should be starters this season and likes of Faye better than Cubarsi in past and more ready.
Nothing will ever beat Yamal 'looks shite' from you or claiming Pedri cant play deeper and claimed Gundogan better there.. and will be 'La Masia player through soon' that looks better.
