Hes doing what he thinks is 'good mentality' without realizing what good mentality actually is.

He needs to acknowledge that he just objectively isn't good enough in some areas and has to improve. The mentality will come from there.

Luckily for us, La liga is in extremely low quality situation, so even the current team can fight for titles.
But Europe wise, at this rate, it is more likely that our next European title will be Conference league, and not Champions league.
