7 - Ferran Torres

I pointed to this to @Joan yesterday. Ferran and then Fermin and Gavi started playing a little bit dirty to match RM and it kinda paid off.
Then again, an argument can be made that it made us to try to match their game rather than playing ours

I think it can be a very good thing at times.
Especially vs. teams like Real Madrid and guys like Rudiger who act like bullies where most teams and players usually don't fight back.

So for Ferran, Gavi, Fermin and others to show them that they cannot be bullied around can be very good mentally for the team and also affect the other team mentally knowing they cannot get away with the shit they do vs. every other team.

Just saw a clip of gavi going for Bellingham's neck.

Need these kind of players in any winning team.

Hate rudiger, but you need that energy in your team to be a winner.

Was anonymous bar the gifted goal. This bum now getting called clutch

Every goal is a gift then. First one it's Belly watching and not tracking Pedri back. Second it's Curtois. Third it's Modric or whoever.
But then people forget players force those situations. Pedri saw all that space free and made that run. Ferran used his pace to win himself those positions and force that mistake.
Kounde was anticipating and pressing high to win that ball.

And btw. What were Madrid's goals? None scored from open play. Blame it on Tek or blame it on Kounde bad challenge for Tchou header.
