Pussy mentality is rampant with our fanbase. Best clubs are the ones that are proactive and see the writing on the wall. We will simply turn into another Arsenal if we cling on to some great hope because it brought us great memories. Fully agreed with Sorin and YodaMaster

Some of them still don't realize that if fans don't take actions the board won't take any action either. Supporting someone for the sake of being a "good fan" is never productive in the long run because before you know it you become another United or Arsenal, two teams that supported their dinosaur coaches for far too long and became a pathetic husk of what they once were.

It also let's players/managers become complacent and if they have the mentality of a dried cucumber like Coutinho and Valverde have, they won't ever change their approach if you don't fcuking show them what you think of their performances.

As the game yesterday has clearly prove that Valverde's system is either horrible or non-existent, it would be a good time and opportunity to think over Coutinho's situation from a different angle.

He is not playing in his post, he is not a winger, neither a midfielder under EV, he is lost and unmotivated.
So perhaps - just perhaps - his bad performances are entirely his fault.

And yes, either a new coach finds his right place and is able to motivate him, or he has to go, but frankly I still have hopes for him.
Defintely not under Valverde though...

Get out of this club you horrible, deluded, overrated trash of a player.

130 millions for someone who could have just carried the bags of real champions that we had in the past.

The symbol of the decline in quality of current football and FC Barcelona.

130 FUCKING MILLIONS.

EMBARASSING STUFF.

I repeat, Denis Suarez would have done the same as Coutinho at a fraction of the cost. Also give him a round of applause everytime he falls to the ground tackled by the air because that's what a "good fan" does.

One is deemed surplus to requirements, one is shoehorned in the starting 11 day in day out.

Absolutely abysmal managing by the genius Valverde.

don't think many will remember the money payed. the transfer fees are obscene anyway. it's the sporting aspect that bothers us the most. he is done here

I do believe that him and Dembele could show more if they weren't managed by someone so mediocre as Valverde. They're not bad players, they were expensive for a reason and it is because they played very good football in their former clubs.

That said, I do think that we should sell them if we can get a good offer (which I think it is unlikely right now) and then go big on someone like Hazard, for example. But I think that it won't be the end of the world if they stay, like I said, they are not bad players. We just need to sack Valverde ASAP, we should not waste another season with this idiot manager. If we get a top manager that can motivate and accomodate them, I'm sure that they will show the quality they have.

I am not sure if it's down to Fraudverde but if Klopp manage Barca would Coutinho still perform as dismally as this?

Should any player be able to lose all his football basic skills for a whole season against whoever we are playing against because of manager? I mean forget about CL but not a single player from our squad looked as bad as him during the coarse of the year. if we had 11 COutinho's we would have been relegated
We are always too late in moving our players, way too late. It rarely worked for us. Let some EPL team think they are buying the Liverpool version of him and move on.
