Make an 120m + 30m variables (CL bonus and such addons) offer either for this winter, or if this doesn't work, then for next summer. If it is declned, let the Coutinho camp know that they're blocking this transfer and that, despite our clear interest and a great financial offer for Liverpool, they don't want to let him go. And move on to other targets. We don't need a new Verratti/Thiago Silva saga. He's a great midfielder, but not such a huge player so that a club like Barcelona puts everything on hold hoping Liverpool buckle in the end.

Liverpool fans on RAWK are an absolute joke.
They have locked both the coutinhio threads and there was nothing but abuses for us in those thread, as to how we are a pathetic club and how mes que en club is shit.
They are a joke of a club where no WC player will ever want to spend his peak years on. Its not our fault coutinhio wants to leave. He wants to leave coz you are just so consistently shit. If barca doesn't bid he would leave elsewhere. A joke of a club with a really deluded fanbase.

They cant handle their players being tapped up when they do it all the time.
Just this season been accused of tapping up Ox, Solanke, VVD and some 13 year old they broke rules for.
They have posted on their own website before that players have signed. Just a load of hypocrytical nonsense for any club to complain about it.

I like Liverpool to be honest. Strong traditional club with a dark cloud over them for over two decades. I wish them well more than Chelsea, Coty or even United.
Their fans are salty since they seem to be losing a very good player while they are building towards something.
Plus the way the club went after Coutinho wasnt classy either.
They did the same with VanDijk though so they need to be quiet about it.
Would be great if we somehow came past them in cl this season.

I think you hit the nail on the head with that statement that no WC player would want to spend their peak years there. It is not condescending, sorry Liverpool fans, it is a fact. It is the current state of things, unfortunately. Clubs do go up and down, no clubs will stay up forever. Liverpool happens to be down for quite some time and until it goes up again by winning some major trophies consistently, this will continue to be the state of things.
Certainly the fact we want Coutinho gives him extra incentives to want to leave Liverpool, but make no mistake, if we hadn't express the interest to sign him, he would still want to leave for other clubs such as Real Madrid or PSG. At the end of day this is not about Barca or any other club really, it speaks to how poor Liverpool is.
As for salty fans, I totally understand Liverpool fans since we had been very salty ourselves toward PSG since Neymar's departure. Hey Liverpool fans, this transfer hasn't happened yet and might not happen at all.
