He has actually been very good for them since getting a run.
Decent and versatile player.
Indeed. Likeable player as well.

"It gets dangerous, money and power is changing us
And now we're lethal, infected with D'Evils..."
Only a matter of hours now folks.
We are getting the best Brazilian player on the planet.
Am i the only one who would keep paco
If Griezmann is coming in too I'll sell him.
If not, then keep him.
I still fail to see the 150M worth. With that, we'll only keep the market inflated and loose a bunch of money once the market deflates.
Not very young player also...max 80M, maaaybe it can be stretched to 100M, but 150M is just nuts. I would rather go and spend that for 3 promising midfielders and hope that one of them will grow to be a world class player. 150M for a Coutinho!? Come ON!!!
Pretty much. Paco ain't a problem for us. But if Griezmann comes, he might want out himself.
As for Coutinho, put in an 120m. + 30m. variables (CL win, and appearences). Make 10-15m easily attainable for Liverpool (almost sure extra money), and some other 10-15 for completed highly prized team objectives.
Similar fee to the one paid to Dortmund for Dembele sounds about right. Coutinho is better atm, but older, while Dembele is much younger and has greater potential.
Griezmann and Coutinho for about 230-250m. is great business in this market. We're talking about 2 legit world class players who would walk into almost any team atm.

If we really do get Griezmann and Coutinho, we won't even really have to worry about this board's stupidity in the market anymore for a while as the squad will be mostly set until the post-Messi era.
Coutinho replaces Rakitic and Griezmann-Suarez. Iniesta, Alba, Busi, and Pique are the next positions to look at but IMO La Masia is bringing us exactly what we need there. I am 100% convinced of the talent level of Aleña/Cucu to make it and replace Iniesta/Alba as long as they continue on their path. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if Busi was elite for at least another 4-5 years but even with that we'd have backup mini-Busi in Oriol who really looks like a legit heir. He'll be able to grow under his senior and has a solid chance at succeeding.
The only other transfer we'll have to make is to replace Pique and funnily enough I have solid confidence in Robert for this given he got us Umtiti and is interested in De Ligt long term.
