IIRC last summer he claimed to have insider information at Liverpool because he apparently knew people who worked at the club. He then went on to say that he heard from those people that the Coutinho deal was happening, got a bunch of people of people here hyped up and then when it didn't happen he basically admitted he lied and the entire thing was a troll.
