My fear is that we give Valverde almost no options when we try to buy Griez as well. No star can be on the bench, and he will be forced to play the same lineup (which might not work properly) all the time. Look how well Valverde has managed this season when he doesnt have to worry about expensive superstars sulking on the bench.

Yea, about as rumored. We did well after Neymar left. Dembele and Coutinho is arguably us improving our overall team. If we sign Griezmann, the squad is complete for quite some years. About 3-4 years for sure, with minor additions.
