According to MD Coutinho has gotten his Portuguese Passport so he no longer occupies a Non-EU spot.

Only Arthur and Mina occupy the two spots with the third being open.

He can play at cm for us, but only if he's playing beside a workhorse. No way EV plays him with Arthur in 4-3-3. However, i doubt EV will change his 4-4-2.

Guys, quick question. Hazard or Coutinho? Who's better in your opinion? Optional: why.

coutinho, he's a more direct player. and generally more consistent. hazard's peak form is definitely higher but he rarely has those days.
