Apart from him not being anywhere close to being as good as Couthinho .

I like Eriksen, but it's clear that he doesn't have that touch of magic that Coutinho has. I wouldn't mind if we got him for 50-60M (which is completely unrealistic), but I wouldn't want to pay 100M+, which I would have done for Coutinho.

EDIT: Speaking of Eriksen, the first rumours seem to be popping up.
