I just think if our defense holds itself together, plus the depth we have in that dep. and we stay injury free we have way too much firepower for anyone out there to match. Add to that we have a hungry, hungry team this year with almost all of our players coming from a disappointing season for club/country. Terrible in its own time, but the repercussions are great.
Messi fall short in winning the WC, criticized for being lazy etc. Look at the way he is already entering the new season, eager to show otherwise. Suarez and his biting debacle, suspension he'll come back with a lot of desire to play. Neymar not being able to represent his country in the final part of the WC and the injury and everything that means to him getting back in top form. Iniesta arguably at the prime of his career also went winning less for club and country as we all know very well. Dani Alves, and Pique you've already heard them in press conferences they seem angry with themselves with all the criticism they've dealt with i expect both of them to up there game this season and show whatsup.
If Pep left because he felt he couldn't motivate them anymore, i think they're not gonna need much motivating as everyone looks self motivated. Our team is ready to show we're still number 1. That's exactly what we've been lacking.
For "start" I would be very pleased with la liga. This team needs at least a season to synchronize.
People are having Barca 2.0 expectations and these are just huge. I don't think we'll see Barca on that level anytime soon....if ever, but I do expect to be respectable team which can beat anyone (especially be more consistent with smaller clubs).
