I've learnt not to think too much about Suarez's performance levels. His form doesn't seem to vary in a gradual continuous fashion. He could be utter crap in one match and then go on to score two unexpected golazos against the run of play in the next big CL match. One of the hardest players to pin down in terms of form and on field expectations. So far he has delivered whenever it has counted and that's the stat that matters I guess.

I just think he needs more rest - the amount of playing time have been pretty high, and it is natural to lose a little sharpness when not physically on top. No excuse for the missed penalty though.

Hopefully he won't play more than half of the game against Eibar.

Has to get the f****** Golden Boot out of his mind. He's a pure instinct football player and shouldn't think too much in front of the goal. He should get it out of his head as there is a threat that this easy sitters he's missing at the moment have negative consequences on his form.

Well....if his form can be chalked up to him focusing too much on the Golden Boot, than we have nothing to worry about in the CL and CDR. =)

If he begins to think only about himself and his award, he'll be lost. Just assist others when it's the right thing to do and goals will come naturally - don't just shoot randomly as in a cock-waving contest. The team comes first.

The goals will return and they will return when it will really matter. I am not worried about either of Ney or Dracula.

The problem is if he lacks confidence we may also have to worry about his CL performance. But atm of course there's nothing to worry too much about as he always has one or two matches where he misses loads of chances and then he has some matches where he scores out of nowhere.

Best midfielder around
He already missed several chances against Arsenal, so I don't buy that Pichichi excuse at all. Three games without a goal for our top goal scorer, that is worrying indeed. Only Messi up front that's been impressive lately. Neymar's been off form for a long time now and is an even bigger worry than Suarez.
