Prime Kane is better than prime Lewa for me. The difference is that one played in a team where titles are guaranteed, the other where the titles are impossible and that's why Lewa will leave a bigger legacy. But just from a football perspective Kane is better than prime Lewa, let alone this version. Scoring is on a similar level considering the league and their teammates but Kane is better at everything else (passing, technique, linkup play, pressing...).
