If he doesnt score he will always have a shit game.
At this age, his only job is to score sitters. If he does, he has done his job.

I dont see us winning knockout phase with him having this form.

If somebody can explain me why this junk played 100 min being absolutely useless and not substituted at all!!!! Ferran Torres played 10 min and scored one very deserved goal. That’s explain once again that between our amazing coach and Lewanflopski there is an invisible link. Some incentive are there 100%….
Calling Lewandowski junk every day dozen times won't make you any less dumber, than if you were to do it once. If Torres scored a "deserved" goal that's because Lewandowski initiated the action leading up to it and the feeble boy, Torres, was lucky enough to be right there where he was.

His game was right on par or somewhat better than others.
The overall performance of everybody, especially the midfield, was below average.

Beating on Lewandowski for this mishap is unjustfied. I paid attention to his off ball game, and he worked hard creating space, pressing hard and coming back to aid the defensive efforts.

A dead weight other than penalty kicks.

Tractor's PK's can easily be replaced by Raphinha or Lamal.

Amazing how far Barca has gone carrying this dead weight luxury tax.
Nothing amazing. There's no mystery.

Those at the team management, who call shots, are smarter and able to see the whole picture from those who are of a plebian mind.

Paraphrasing,
if someone like Kasparov or what's his name now, Magnus Carson, I think it is, were to worry what some Ivan or Pablo, in the stands, thinks about their each single move, they'd never made it to be champions. Not every of their games were brilliant either.

what we need from him is to score half chances. not waste clear cut ones.
We have 9 other outfield players who work the system great most of the time and provide enough opportunities.
Lewa needs to be on alert to capitalise, which I understand is hard when you are out of the game 90% of the time, but that is the job.

Was there any striker in Barcelona history to score in every game, especially from half chances?
Up to yesterday's game Lewanowski's goal streak was 4 matches.
And he will capitalize as he did million times before.
Just like Szczęsny will screw up, like he did million times before.

Messi is the answer.

But also, every barca striker worked as a cog in the machine. Lewa has another, more isolated role. we need him to take his chances better because in some games the team won't provide many chances, and when that happens its time ti step up.

Honestly, that comes as a relief. The transfer market is pathetic right now. Every player we get linked to gives me nightmares about that transfer becoming a reality.

Whether it's Leao or Luis Diaz or Nico. Or even just recently with the 6m Rashford loan. They seem intent on making a horrific transfer to spoil all the good work.

There are a few astute moves that could be made. Buy Murillo and phase out Inigo / Eric. Buy Jose Ederson and sell Frenkie and possibly Gavi. Phase out Lewa and get Gyok. Throw a big contract at the door of Magic Mike Maignan. But I don't trust them to make the right moves in the slightest.

We have excelled exceptionally whilst penny pinching. Another year of austerity will be good for us.
You had me until you said sell Gavi. Not that he is setting the world on fire but you don't sell players like him that is like 20 yrs old. At this point you don't sell Frenkie either(As if he would agree to leave)

Terrible game our worst player on the pitch, but no problem for me, tough days happen.
Now the important and difficult games are coming, I hope he performs well.

Surely Ferran should get some starts as our 9. We know his limitations but he at least you have the feeling that he can do something. There's no way Lewy would have scored that yesterday for example.

Not only Ferran should start before this terminated junk, anyone can do a better job. The only way we can get rid of him, is to get injured. But it is very low probability to have that huge luck, is he is smart enough to not get in one on one hard contacts as all the other players do. If he might get injured, he realize that will be his end under Barca team. Fingers crossed!

You are just a fanboy defending him. Thats it.
Take of your gogles.

As I said, his job is to score goals and keep the defenders busy. If he does this, he is fine. Like last game, he scored a penalty which is his job.
At a age of 36 you cannot and should not expect a player playing in Barca/Barcalevel be doing things that Raf, Pedri or Olmo does. The team knows this, the fans know this.
If he doesnt score the clear cut chances, he is not doing his job, hence he's having a bad game. No amount of fanboyish defending from you will change that.

Yes if he goes above and beyond. Scoring half chances, helps in transition and defence. Then I will say, yes he was having a good game. Which he was before Dec. He was actually one of our best players. But since then, form or his age has caught up.
I am hoping he regains his form, cuz I want to us to win trophies.
