9 - Robert Lewandowski

I'll be relieved when he leaves this club, and moves on to have fun, say...at Chicago Fire MLS. Ending all the bitching and moaning, that's inevitable given his age, the season's intensity and expectations. Although, accomplishing something extraordinary this very season, with him as a main contributor, appears not as remote as the previous seasons.

Those close to 40 years of age players like Giggs, DePero, Ribbery, Ibra, Beckham..pardon my spelling, did not look that good trying to find their 2nd youth at the top leagues.

His form revival, is not as much a revival as Flick's determination to utilize his ever present propensity to score, and adequate subordination of other team players for that purpose. Xavi assumed Lewandowski was going to be prolific irregardless of the attacking scheme 'indoctrination'. It didn't quite work. It does not work at the Poland's NT either, but that consists of deplorable, immature cunts, where all Lewandowski can do is to waste time.

He's really covering up the board's poor planning, or maybe he's making our decisions look good. Best striker in the world while Roque seems to be finding his feet on loan. Either we win a bunch of stuff and have the money / cache to buy a big name and/or Roque comes good and we have a young backup thats only 20 years old that can be sold if need be.

Great ratio from Lewy. Barcola seems to have taken Mbappe's role.

Here's the problem with all that backup stuff, there is a risk you could end up without a top striker while still paying the wages of Haaland in reality.
A mistake Manure made, and you see how it worked out.

I'd totally agree if Lewandowski was 32, but he's not, and Barca has made the mistake of players overstaying their welcome too often, in fact it's one of the biggest things holding the club back now, FFF.

Great video

Last backheel goal vs Bayern - Lewandowski is absolutely the best when it comes to transferring other players shoots to goals with slight touches

He did it few games ago in Barca, he did it many times in Bayern, and that backheel you can see in this video

I have never seen other striker whos trying to precisely touch a ball after teammate shoot to fuck with opposition goalkeeper and score a goal so often

He's a genius. The way he manipulates different situations to gain an advantage instinctively is amazing. His Football IQ is sky high.

Dude no joke, I pasted your description into ChatGPT and asked which player this describes.

"The description you're providing seems to fit many footballers, but it most closely aligns with Lionel Messi. Messi is often praised for his exceptional football intelligence (Football IQ) and his ability to manipulate situations on the field. His vision, decision-making, and instinctive understanding of the game allow him to consistently make the right choices and gain an advantage over opponents. Messi’s creativity and playmaking skills, combined with his ability to read the game, are often described as "genius."

Another player who could fit this description is Kevin De Bruyne of Manchester City, known for his outstanding vision, passing, and footballing intelligence."
