The goal against Atletico was great. No doubts. Still, the praise this fella goes waaaay overboard. Look at Perisic`s performance against Portugal. Every dog has his day. If we`d replace Lewa with Fullkrug, our statistics would be similar. Truth.

That's a solid list but no Neymar is funny, even if you consider all the factors they used to determine - he has all of it except lacks sportmanship (so does Dinho tbf)

Inconsistency and lack of longevity. All the players above him have more of it.
Lack of longevity? No? He was world class in his Santos days, most of his Barça stint (if you exclude the very little time it took him to adapt maybe) and full time at PSG. Great for Brazil as well performance wise.

I'd say he was in bad/ middling form lately, and if it wasn't for the international break and its random effects on teams and players, I'd tell you he is going nowhere but up in form.

Watching Poland vs Lithuania, WC 25 Qualifier was a pain in the ass.

The whole thing looked like a parody...such a great looking stadium, red and white colors, national anthem sung like they getting ready for the final battle against Ottomans in 17th century...and then Lithuania giving them a match...looking better too, for the most part.

Lewandowski did the job but ... other than the golden goal, nothing to write home about. He left the pitch limping a little...I don't think it is a big deal. They were saying he won't play against Malta. So there's that.
