He is giving me Isaac Cuenca & Cristian Tello vibes. He'll score a goal here and there, be a good addition to the squad but won't be a longterm solution.

Raw ability-wise he is infinitely more talented than Tello (who relied on his pace and decent finishing), and Cuenca couldn't dribble past a defender to save his life. I see him a tier or two higher for now.

Interesting player. He has some elite qualities. Who knew you could sign someone for a couple of millions and essentially sign Dembele copy with X-factor.

These are types of "punts" we should do. Sign players with elite qualities and focus on working their weaknesses, if it works out, you end up with elite player. That's the problem signing Demirs of the world. Zero elite qualities.

But don't do those punts for 120 mil (Dumbele) :mingueza:

His natural instinct to take the full-back on is refreshing to see though. We lack so much dynamism in the team at times, so he's a breath of fresh air.

Deserves some continuity after Sunday's performance.

Seemed to me a bit slow, great technique, but couldn't outpace his marker on the left wing. Glad he scored his first goal for the club, surely will be a massive boost for the boy. So far he seems like a mix of Tello and Pedro and hope he will continue to evolve, though still raw at such age.

He is here to stay.
Even as a sub of Dembele or Ansu, he will get plenty of playing time.
He is already better than Trincao of last season, let alone the likes of Demir or all the makeshift wingers we had played this season

In 3-4 years time he might reach the next level and develop as Vinicius developed the last 2 years

Important question: Does he have a release clause in his contract?

I like this player a lot. Has actual skill in dribbling not just renting on speed. Needs to develop physically and gain a lot of muscles especially in legs to cope with elite players who can just push him aside

He needs to increase his awareness, tends to shoot many times when he could've just passed and created clear goal scoring chances

Some of his dribble escapes are incredibly impressive.

Tons to work on, but every game he is showing a little more team adaption.

Yeah, but he ignores his free teammates too often, it's like he's just trying to showcase his skills and score. They're so many times when his teammates are in a better position and you still see him trying to shoot and it's not just this game (he can still change though)

Agreed. Hopefully he is intelligent enough to work hard on this. He has never been surrounded with this level of team mates and this level of coaching, so there is hope.

Golden opportunity for him.
