It's a little weird looking to have the stadium packed in between buildings like that, it sort of breaks with the traditional "dome" look that is so aesthetically pleasing with stadiums.

I still think it looks pretty cool though.

Apparently, the buildings surrounding the stadium are: the academy, training pitches, a mall, a hotel, restaurants, parking, museum, exhibition area, etc.
