I'm glad he chose Belgium as he's a big talent but i'm not shure i agree with that, etnicity and/or nationality of the parents is just as important, if not more.

I'm Albanian but I still endorse his decision and I think I would have done the same. Albanians are very proud of their ethnicity and heritage but if we're being totally honest, Albania is way too poor for him (also because they're run by a bunch of corrupt, inapt idiots (and no, Bartomeu, Zubi and the likes are nothing compared to them)) and his talent would be wasted there while Kosovo will probably start playing official games after he retires.

The only logical choice. Glad he picked Belgiumnot because I'm a fan but because I can't stand the nationalteam hopping. If you're born and raised in Belgium, you're Belgian. Simple as.

Adnan Januzaj didn't chose anything.... he didn't even chose his father, who takes ALL the decisions regarding his career. It's all how lucky you can get.
Abedin Januzaj, Adnan's father, confirmed and reassured yesterday through phone that Adnan WILL actually play for Kosovo National Team once it is accepted in UEFA and FIFA, but for now, he has chosen Belgium. Now, whether he will hold the promise, it is all up to evoke later.
However, I don't consider Adnan as the X-factor in football... he has been heavily hyped and overrated lately that I fear might only damage his career.

He actually can, as every other similar case, ex: Shaqiri, Xhaka etc. because Kosovo National Team was not a member of UEFA and/or FIFA by the time they have chosen to play for a National Team, in this case Adnan for Belgium. Sepp Blatter also reconfirmed this rule a while ago. Even though I personally doubt that all these players would then leave their hard-earned place in the National Team's that they are playing for and switch to Kosovo... they will find some excuse, mild ones... I don't know... but it will be LEGAL and they will be allowed to do that. It is all up to the player's decision in the end.... oh and also their father's decision

He never said that, he actually criticised the Albanian federation for their unprofessionality and said Adnan was never going to play for Albania, and why would he play for Turkey anyway? He has nothing to do with them.

Well, if we are to believe our coach and Januzaj's manager he didn't get any guarantees considering his place in the squad for the world cup. However, Wilmots already stated that he'll be part of the first squad selection of 30 players (announced next tuesday) and that he'll get the chance to prove himself during these 2 weeks.
I believe he'll be going, he's just too good and since Benteke is unavailable, there's one extra free spot in the squad.
