Aleix returned 3 days earlier from vacation and has already trained at the Ciutat Esportiva. This guy is ready to make a good impression and fight for his starting place. (I know that we haven't signed a new RB so there literally is no opponent)

thats why we dont need a worldclass rb... ricardo pereira (25 mil € clause) and thats it, i would like to sign grimaldo also. and we need a good clean up (mascherano, arda, rakitic, loan gomes and sell digne if grimaldo coming). iniesta/rafinha, busquets, roberto would be a good mid (roberto in the middle and rafinha are very underrated). if rafinha doesnt injury this season he would take iniesta spot

Vidal is not as talented as Bellerin or Semedo. But could be a decent player. Pitchforks will be out again if he underperforms in few matches don't worry. Signing a RB is very crucial imo. Both Roberto and Vidal are not natural right backs. Need a natural right back at any cost and move Roberto to midfield. And if there are injuries we are truly screwed.

Solid backup and good squad player, but a RB is definitely needed. A club of Barca's stature can't go on without a proper RB if we want to continue at the top.

Well all due to respect to his efforts and positive attitude. Few passes by semedo today showed the difference between a potentially good enough RB and Vidal who will never be enough to start here. Semedo played only couple of games mind you.

Vidal was great today. And he had an amazing pass today as well.

I think he's going to be very useful this season.

He obviously has more confidence and team chemistry than Semedo so I can see why Valverde is starting him.
