not a single injury in past 2 years and just a couple of minor ones over his career. he just doesn't have a lot of muscle on his bones probably. but you never know with injuries. maybe some cules would finally really start to appreciate busquets when he will face a long term injury. anyway, i can't see song starting over masch anyway in pivot, although there's the thing with the defence on the other hand. damn keiteeeee......

Hi, its me..
well, with keita gone we do need a CM that can cover all the roles reasonably well, so i guess he fits the bill. Hes impressed me alot going forward this year, played some lovely balls over the top to RVP (not that that means anything now) and hes not too bad defensively.
id rather we spent big on a CB, but the fact is there arent any. Silva was the only option and hes gone. Although id prefer JM, it seems the club dont wanna pay 40m .. which is fair enough.

I happen to like Song but "brilliant"?
I really think he's the real deal. His range of passing is extraordinary and although he doesn't defend quite as much as you'd expect from a defensive midfielder, I think if he was in the Barcelona system he'd make Keita leaving feel like a blessing (as much as I liked Keita).
+ apparently he can play CB but I don't remember him in that role...

maybe he was fit to play but missed 2 games just in case.

Yeah, I remember that article, and then I remembered that injury right away. He wasn't on the bench for the next game against Osasuna, so I'm sure that counts as an injury.
