Him staying at Wolfsburg doesnt have a high financial impact tho as Wolfsburg pays 100k EUR for each game only. And he did only 4 games so far - none since 3 weeks.

According to kicker, Hleb will officially leave Wolfsburg on Dec 31.

Magath was stated, that he would have liked to use the option to buy Hleb. But his ongoing injury, that wont make him able to play anymore games for Wolfsburg this year, is a huge reason against.

Really debatable what to do with him now with regards to his neverending health problems. Maybe offering him a fee to terminate the contract is the best thing to do ...
