Alexis Sanchez

This is what makes me very happy this 2nd half of the season. I like the feeling of having a hard time selecting between Alexis, Neymar and Pedro because they are all in awesome form. Also the fact that Messi is 100% healed.

Messi's absence was really a blessing in disguise. All 3 of them stepped up when Messi wasn't there to carry the team. Messi's absence made the team work harder and eliminated the dependence on him.

Damn, Alexis was our RB against Atletico. He was so retired, almost on Alves' position. Alves was poor, expected.

People who say he was invisible or poor are retarded. Nor just he was on Alves' position, but he didn't receive help from Cesc or Xavi while Pedro had Iniesta and Alba who was great.

He plays much better with Montoya.

Oh, so we should sell Alves, so "baby" Alexis gets to play better? A good player should be able to adapt and play with anyone!

He wasn't good against Getafe either but it was expected for Alexis to struggle against Atletico who don't allow much space.

Very true, Alexis was very isolated and he had zero help in getting involved...Remarkable really how they didn't move him around when Leo came on to at least get him more touches

Good idea we should sell Alves, because when Alexis is on form he does his job unlike Alves who contributes little to attacking or defending. As for a good player adapting, well Alves can't adapt with any RW who isn't Messi.

Alves was pushing Alexis out of the RW position and into the middle, giving him little space, and even when Alexis was wide on the right Alves didn't pass to him. He couldn't make diagonal runs inside the left back and he was barely given the ball. So not sure how that is his fault he did little. It also comes back to the fact that our wingers aren't allowed to actually take players on it seems, because they receive the ball then just pass it back to our midfield.
