Alexis Sanchez

I have loved how Alexis plays already before he joined Barca and unlike many others, i think he should be on of those players, who we should never sell. While he looked like very injury-prone in his first season, last season i think he was awsome, better actually than Neymar, he works alot, has great skill and has scored already a few crucial goals for us. With more gametime and more support he can be our legend. Selling him would be a huge mistake and i am convinced we know that in management level as well.

It wouldn't be like that, considering the injuries, suspensions and rotation policies. That's just a possible line-up we could use during a game if we sign Aguero.

I didn't see that he was playing fine until the whole team imploded in a collective mess.

When Messi was out of the line up he and Neymar..... AND Pedro were on another level. Playing a more open, counter style was what the Chilean needed (space). When Messi returned, little by little he returned to a frustrated and limited player.... but, but he scored against Atletico! pfffft...

Right because Barcaforum statistics are so official

Let's incorporate his astounding Champions League performances as well, since we're throwing stats around. Zero goals and 2 assists against the mighty Celtic. Didn't do jack shit against major competition.

Again, I'm a hater cuz I want him at a club where he will be used to his full potential  Oh Barcaforum...

He played the full 90 min. in just 2 games in CL. Can't base your arguments on such a short sample. Or you can, but don't expect to make sense. And the best teams in Europe were Atletico and Real. Alexis scored one golazo to each of them.

He gets thrown around like a rag doll against tight defenses. He is not built to go up against defenders 1 v 1 so iso on the wing. You guys can fan boy all you want and keep your heads buried in the sand with stats, but intangibles are important for the flow of a possession based game and it only takes a casual observer of the game to point out how uncomfortable he looks out there glued to the wing in a support role. But I'll leave you guys to it. Let's keep pretending our attacking line is fluid with him restricted to the wing. Cheers!

To be honest they are pretty accurate with really small exceptions. It's not like some user would make a poll after the season has ended and ask ,, so yeah , what is your top 3 this season ? " . 20-30 users ( or more , depending the game ) have voted for their best 3 each game and those were the final results after the season.

For example in the 2012/2013 season Alexis was really bad , close to shit ( compared to what we payed for him and what was expected of him ) , therefore a bad place in the overall player performance chart.

This season he was awesome , therefore in the top 3

If you think this isn't close to reality or that they're not official , you should know that Whoscored has Alexis as 2'nd best rated barca player this season after Messi in La Liga. But I gues everyone for thinking that is wrong or not a casual observer of the game .

Seriously, fuck Juve.

We're much better of keeping him, especially if he continues to build from last season.
