Rating him for 10 minutes of football today would be wrong.
I agree on the point (I mentioned it before) the interview put Barca community in a weird position, but Valverde doesn't seem impressed. I was expecting EV to give Gomes much more playing time in second half, we were solid and in total control of the game. In other words it was the perfect opportunity to boost his confidence, that didn't happen. So what is the result of this whole PR drama? Absolutely no change in rotation policy. Andre Gomes minutes didn't increase, they are pretty much the same as it was before.
