now they have to buy youngsters from overseas.

There is a lot of talents in England,they won the U-17 Euro this year,I think they still have good older players but still Spain is the best country in producing Young players and one of the reason is something they call La Masia

The kid with promise will be re-evaluated on July 22 to see if he can resume training...Should be a pre-season player for Pep, perhaps will see much more playing time with the first team this season too

Nice. But, I recall Fontás breaking his left foot's metatarsal quite a while ago - does this mean he's recovering well enough to be part of the pre-season squad?

Yep Plip, that's what the evaluation on July 22 will be about, to gauge when he begin training...I rate him & JDS as having the best chances of seeing first team action this season
