I think that if Ibra leaves,we will sign Robinho on loan,no big strikers
At first sight, Robinho seems the best (or easiest) option, yes. Afaik Robinho is training with ManCity for the moment, but he hasn't been in the squad yet this season? According to his wikipedia-page, he'd like to move to Spain/Italy before the end of the transfer-window.

He's a major gamble though; so if we go for him, I prefer to take him on loan, and not sign him permanently immediately.

I hope we don't go for Adebayor though, one of the football-players I despise most.

Considering the current market I think Robinho might be the best option available left. His price is affordable and he can be quality. Other options would likely be too expensive. If we can squeeze out a loan deal it might be worth the gamble.

Robinho could yet again turn out to be another trouble maker. Never buy Robinho in my opinion. Truly, I do feel that we don't really need a striker.

For me, the Robinho ship sailed long ago...Pastore or Perotti are much smarter buys, IMHO
I thought Pastore was a central midfielder? Is he able to play successfully on the wings (and score goals)?

And I suppose you're talking about Sevilla's Perotti -> I doubt Del Nido will be willing to sell, so close to the end of the transfer-window.

Only if the moron wasn't going to ruin his Barca background by joining Real Merda and sitting on the bench and his reputation together for one year! Idiot!!

I'd like someone average and cheap in who'll be happy to sit on the bench. Hopefully with good aerial ability who can come on and mix things up a bit. The likes of Adebayor want to leave because they're on the bench, why would he be happy doing that for us?

david trezeguet is available for free

DO IT PEP DO IT!

what u guys think?

Trez would be amazing for a short-deal, if he's able to stay healthy for at least 70% of the time. But he could be easily another Larsson for us - already old, but still a great striker with loads of experience, a perfect poacher and a natural goalscorer. Plus, he's a target man which is giving us the "plan B".
