That guy is just as in the dark as the rest of us, with a hatred of the club and the epl in general to boot. He has posted two different variations as fact himself since the 1st, what he was so sure about was the 60-80m figure which was posted on twitter and confirmed by Monaco with no breakdown in what it actually contained. If the actual clauses are 25 games, 10 caps for france, and top 20 ballon dor then it still isn't so bad, but then thats RMC who are saying that and they originally came out with the clauses i posted...so who the hell knows?

No one knows for sure what the exact clauses are. What is accepted is that there is:
a goal clause, most likely 25 for ManU -> 10m
a NT caps clause, (reports vary from 10 to 25)
a ballon d'or top 10 clause

Thats 60 million pound guaranteed, with an extra 10m if Martial meets the caps clause.

That seemed to be a silly rumor tbh ,while I agree we could have had him if we were interested couple of weeks earlier it would still have been costly IMO

There was another team which wanted to sign him, whom Monaco conveyed their asking price to. Rumoured that we were interested in him and had scouted him too.

We need to start making some smart, low-cost transfers(that doesn't suck) too like our competitors have been doing. Bayern the most recent example with Kingsley Coman.

Monaco still have great talents like Almamy Toure, Fabinho, Thomas Lemar and Bernardo Silva. The problem is that they do not play for Arsenal or PSG or are approaching their 30s, so we will not show interest.

They sold Kurzawa to PSG for 20m a month ago. I am pretty sure we will try to sign him from PSG next summer.
