Exactly. He lost it few years ago. Messi was feeding him the past two seasons. I think Suarez expired last season as a top CF.

Most teams do not have natural/classic CF's like Suarez now. Countless teams play without a player like him and do much better than us. Off the top of my head: Liverpool, Real Madrid, Manchester City.

What's important now is to have fast wingers that can stretch out defenses. Our only true winger is glass man Dembele. We haven't played with a fit winger since Neymar, who's not even a winger himself but can play that position well.

nope. just because he played for atletico doesn't mean he was this juggernaut that changed games.

yes, we can argue that he doesn't fit here. but this worldclass labeling is just some bullshit to justify his sub-par performances.

Suarez cant run, gives away ball too much and plays as individual outwith team unit.

It is bad enough but when have Messi who also doesnt run a lot it it is fucking horrendous to watch.

No other top team has one player that has so little off impact... Barca have two.

Messi can make up for it with ability but doubling him up with Suarez is recipe for disaster.

The issue we have is that in La Masia apparently they don?t care to develop the player?s finishing skills and thus we always depended on Messi and occasionally had good finishers like Villa and Etoo
