People will love him from the first game he plays. He has the right mental setup to succeed. Suarez, Arda Turan, Rakitic. More transfers like these please. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And I feel great with Mascherano, Arda, Rakitic, Suarez. These are tough motherfuckers. And they all had better offers from else where too (Well idk about Suarez for sure but the rest yes). I guess we have Romario/Pep/Ronaldinho/Messi/Iniesta/Xavi to thank for that.

I think it's the Messi factor. Great players want to come and play with best. Because playing with Messi gives them the best chances of Silverware right now. Just like Lebron James in the NBA, great players want to play with him, because he pretty much guarantees an NBA finals appearance every year..Hopefully, Neymar will get there as well.

4 years in spain, still no speak español?

Well... Diego Simeone said this in 2014 during an interview with Spanish magazine Jotdown

"Arda Turan, for example, is a special kid with an enormous heart. He doesn't speak Spanish, so we understand each other through our skin, by looking at each other. There are some people it's not necessary to speak to: you look at them and there is a connection."

I don't think this gonna be a problem for him at all in Barca.

He obviously speaks some Spanish as you can see in that video of him arriving when he's in a convo with Albert Soler.

It seem like he's not fluent though, but good enough to hold a decent conversation and understand the tactical instructions and such.
