They do. They just dont use it.
Estadio La Cartuja de Sevilla. Also known as the Olympic stadium. Granted not exactly like Wembley, but it should be used more often for finals like these.

They should use it. Its a waste of the stadium otherwise. What also woud be very cool is if they use the Estadi Olympic in Barcelona. If I remember it correctly there was a copa final a decade ago and I always wondered why it was not used for football related events more often. Its a nice stadium.
