This thread is evil, I used to keep hoping and cheering for more goals, But after i started predicting matches, I started to get a little angry if it ruined my prediction.

Haha the way I resolved that was by predicting days in advance if possible. I would check just once whether I did indeed predict, but leave it at that. After a while I actually forgot what I've predicted, and looked afterwards whether I was correct. And if I wasn't I would check whether close competitors got the exact result right. Then of course, I got angry at that, but still. Doesn't mess up my matches anymore
