Coutinho(exchange)+Mesut(money from Arda's sale)+Laporte(30m€)+Alderweireld(40m€)+Sidibe(20m€)=max 100m€
if we can't effort to pay 100m€ for 1 season we don't need to talk about the future success

The issue here is that you're seriously overestimating the incoming funds from selling our players, seriously underestimating the outgoing funds for buying those players, or, more likely, a moderate combination of both.

Coutinho (who is rated VERY highly) to be exchanged for a ok-ish unproven youngster + a disaster that has done fuck all since comming to Barcelona and whos worth is like a third of Coutinhos worth?

There is no need for 2 CBs at all. Hell not even one. CB is not a priority.

Özils contract is about to run out so he is a realistic target. I'd like him at Barcelona too.

Sign a proper RB and move Roberto back to the midfield. Sign Bernardo Silva and a proper CM, Verratti or Dahoud. Seriously consider promoting Aleñá.

Make a decision on Arda, Gomes, Denis and Rafinha.

Denis and Rafinha can be backup wingers here and also potentially contribute in the midfield if Sampaoli employs different systems.

What do we do with Paco? Munir is definitely coming back as I doubt Valencia will use their option to sign him. Do you sell Paco then or keep both him and Munir?
