If Samper can't get into Granadas starting XI, how is he supposed to get into ours? I think that ship has sailed. We need world class midfielders.

I don't think that he has Barcelona-quality, but him not playing might have different reasons.

That's another thing. I hope we don't wait until July to appoint a new manager. It should be soon so whoever it is can have the entire transfer window to sign players.
I think it's either Valvarde or Blanc.

I don't think that we will wait until July. Robert is just a very secretive director. I'm sure he is already in talks with candidates. However, Robert doesn't want to disturb/affect the team since every game is a must win. It could also be that the preferred option still has a contract. For us fans this is disappointing, but I expect him to announce the new coach few days after the Copa-final anyway.

Well, I like Samper, but he's not proving he deserves to be brought back to Barcelona.
When you look at it, none of our loaned players have ever made it as regular starter for Barca in this decade. That includes Rafinha and Denis Suarez. All in all first we sell/release our own youth players and after 4-5 years we sign them for cosmic fees.

tbf there is always a first time. And at current market a solid bench player basically save you 15-25M.
We didn't sell/release any player and bought back btw. All of them left against the club well as they turn free agents at the age of 16. That include Cesc/Pique/Alba. Alba might be a little different case than the others since he wasn't very highly rated here. but it took him 6 years and change of position to turn out decent.

As Bojan said Aguero is the obvious choice here,tough to say who we really made bid for.
We have been linked to T.Silva forever but I doubt we made a bid,same for Marquinhos. We know last summer we made bid for the likes of Guerreiro,O.Dembele,Gamiero,Vietto and all rejected us
