i like verratti, he's a great player, no doubt...
but, imho, 100ml is very high valuation for a midfielder who scores too few goals.
if fcb tries to buy that amount, i'm happy..
but if is not so, then i can understand.
PSG dont only want 100m. Thats nothing for them. 70m for someone like Verratti in today's market is a joke. Verratti is off limits. People need to move on.

I have never said we should try to sign impossible pipe dreams from PSG. It just looks desperate and shows zero imagination.

PSG promised Verratti and other top players a CL winning team. if you read their market moves, they are working for it.if they let go Verratti, the others will follow. so they won't sell him at any price.They also don't need money.

This is how you shoot yourself in the foot.
PSG can't promise anyone they will win the CL, it's simply an absurd promise. They've been a 'project' in the making for the last 6 years and have made no progress in Europe and have actually regressed in Ligue 1. Not to mention their big name players (aside from Veratti) are all in their 30s or close to. That and their manager is the definition of average.
It's no different that the Qataris believing hosting the World Cup will somehow make them relevant in football. Just delusions.

And another thing, when was the last time PSG was actually able to attract players that were considered to be amongst the best in the world? Thiago Silva and Zlatan were the last ones that I remember and they only left because AC Milan was in chaos. That was a long time ago.

Some might argue that ADM & Cavani was top signings. Di Maria was one year away from being one of RM best players in CL and Cavani was considered one of the top players.
They won't be able to attract players that other big clubs are competing with them,but money can get them stars. It is up to them to be able to build a CL winning team with that,but so far they have been bad at it.
