Apart from Seri, Verratti can anyone name a good central midfielder who can control possession? Dahoud is ok but only VERRATTI comes to mind as being a world class midfielder who can control play.

Valverde cannot impose a style of play when we don't have players to play that way. It's ludicrous.

People should stop with obssession finding Xaviesque players or Xavi/Iniesta direct replacements because we won't find them. We should sign the best possible players that will fit into Valverde's system and not trying to replicate Pep's tiki-taka with players unable to do that.

Bayern have Thiago
Juventus have Pjanic

We have NONE
and then we wonder why we can't control midfield and get constantly overrun
