Its not a very popular opinion on here but I agree with you.

For a player that should be in his prime years he is very inconsistent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

To get that amount of money for him would be great for us and could allow us to remodel our team in key areas.

He was consistently good more than any player bar Messi last season.

It is massively overplayed.

If his buy out clause was 100 million then they would be desperate to keep him but for 222 million they'll be pretty happy. Neymar is the third best player in the world but they will be thinking that getting a world class striker close to neymars level and a world class midfielder like verratti is more important. I think most fans would agree anyway
