Don't @me these seniors are finished and a revamp is needed we have gone to shit without Suarez he is still needed.

Team is finished. Last sommer replacing Valverde and 1-2 changes could've been enough but now it's too late. It was their last chance to win it all, now they're just getting even older, slower and probably are mentally damaged forever after these back to back CL exits.
Suarez, Rakitic, Coutinho, Busquets, Umtiti...sell at least 3 of those, tell the others alongside Pique and Alba that they have to accept a bench role too if they aren't performing and the days of safe starting spots and dressing room power are over and whoever can't accept that should leave. All of that under a new coach of course, one who plays offensive and isn't scared of senior players.
Squad could need so many fresh players CF, LW, CM, LB, CB, RB...almost too much for one summer but it's not impossible especially with a good coach.
But that won't happen. They'll sell Coutinho and then maybe Rakitic as scapegoat and the rest of the veteran club will keep their spots and power. Another season of shitty football ahead of us. And we already know it won't be Valverdes fault, the players will be to blame but these players will then keep their spots anyway. Same as usual until at least 2021

Nice post. The shake up will never happen but it's something we need, badly..

Lot to like about the player but does not really play like an outright winger but an attacking midfielder. Love how he plays with his head up all the time and is constantly looking/finding the right outlet, terrific dribbler but no pace really. Has a deal with Watford but Pozzo family willing to sell ahead for 20M
