We need 2 players.. absolutely a must. Back up LB and a good attacking player. Sell arujo to finance. RB is also needed but not as urgently. Kounde rarely gets injured and plenty of right footed players for emergency.

Jam was right donkey should be converted to LB/RB which would cover his deficiencies more and we can get a front line with elite attackers.

De Bruyne is deadweight at this point.

Wouldn't sign either of them tbh, but IMO a fit De Bruyne would still be very valuable to a lot of clubs, but you cannot trust him to stay fit if he has to play with the intensity he will need.
Wouldn't sign Bernardo Silva even for cheap.

City might let Silva leave this summer already, I think he would be good against most LL teams. Can play LW/RW 'a la' Iniesta + AM of course. If on alright wage and we sell Fermin, sure. BUT, actually he would suck at Flickball - so pass.

They both would be very valuable to us, especially as back up, against weaker teams and when we need calm, experienced, savvy ending of game...
De Bruyne was worth 80 M just few years ago and Silva we tried to get for 60 - gettin' them for FREE is a dream! So much Quality in them, they would make a difference and could teach these youngsters a lot! WHat a Bargain, we should not spend another Second thinking...

Dont think Flick needs mentors in his team from all he has spoken about. He needs depth and versatility of young players that can run/press non stop in his system. Those two can't give you the type of press a Flick would want, even if they are free.

I understand but - Press isn't, like, EVERYTHING. Control is also very important. Experience. Perfect passing. Technique. Versitility. And so on... with these guys we get so much - and best part is that we don't have to buy them. So we kill 2 birds with one stone: save our Budget and get Quality reinforcements!
