We'll interview for the positions that we have available. Only have a team of three so far and we aim to expand the amount of scouts at the club to avoid more fiascos. You're definitely in with a shout for that role

Hm, I thought you have to had more than 50% od votes in order to win in first round of any elections where there are more than 2 candidates.

Depends on what electoral system you use. The elections for the Barca presidency consist of one round and the candidate with the most votes wins.
