We need a shadow company which offers jobs to the parents. Than we can get everyone we want.

We can't do that.The parents have to be for a job that is totally unrelated to the club or at least have to prove that the parents worked in the club 1st.
FIFA is pretty strict in that in actually unfair way.they take no nonsense in it and they deal with "guilty until proven otherwise" with that subject.some kids of immigrants/refugees was banned because of this shit.
Simply,FIFA wants to fuck clubs over this and we need to be as clean as possible
Also,other than Messi (yes he is the greatest) La Masia success was always more about Spanish players
