Vallejo is Real Madrid player so we won't buy him. :)

Good post otherwise except Pogba part. I don't think we'll get him and don't think we really need him either. And I also think we absolutely should get a good LB to push Alba.

Also, I don't understand why some people care so much about all rumours. They are just that - rumours. We won't buy every player that is linked to us on dailly base so just relax and wait to see what will happen. I have full confidence in Robert to bring in players that we need.

The absolute best way to solve the full back dilemma is to sign a left back backup that can also play as RB. It solves many problems.

Yeah, agree with that but it's hard to find those players.

Jonny Castro from Celta is the only one I can remember right now. I like him and think he has potential but don't know if he's really Barça quality. And I'd prefer to just buy good LB (regardless if he can also play RB and/or CB) and play through next season with Roberto/Vidal at RB. Then we can adress this position next summer if needed but I don't think we'll need to do that as I believe that at least one of them will prove to be good enough to be our longterm starter at that position.

sign pogba and that will solve problems all over the field.
with our midfield running on full capacity our players in other position will be able to express themselves at full capacity.
the pogba influence

I agree, with Pogba there is no need to sign Bellerin as Sergi drops back into RB. Also no need for a new st as Arda covers for MSN.

Dortmund look set to beat Liverpool and Arsenal to the signing of Lorient defender Raphael Guerreiro.

According to the Daily Mail and Bild, Guerreiro has agreed personal terms with Dortmund but the Bundesliga club are yet to reach a deal with Lorient.

The Ligue 1 outfit have already turned down one offer of £9.3m for Guerreiro, who is out of contract at the end of next season and has also been watched by Barcelona.

Though we're already a fairly marketable team, securing Pogba could potentially earn us money in the long run.

Increased ticket sales.
More tourists.
More Jerseys sold.

And it doesn't hurt to have the best black player in the world playing for us.

Pogba was coming but we bought Turan instead. If we are not selling Turan (from what I read) then I don't see Pogba coming this summer. It's just wishful thinking since we were very close to sign him if it wasn't for the ban.

I think that Pogba will join regardless of whether Arda goes or stays, which he almost certaintly will. He will play a more advanced role in the future, acting as a utility man for both the midfield and attacking roles, especially out wide. He will be the primary backup for MSN next year. I think we were only delaying the signing of Pogba, with Arda acting as a short term solution, with a view to him playing in a more advanced role after Pobga joined.

Well that's an interesting turn of events. I can still see PSG forcing him to stay though

I find it hard to believe Pogba would have been willing to not play for 6 months.

Best midfielder around
And in the end he will just get a new contract and a pay rise. Seen it too many times with those PSG players. Trying to get our hopes up every transfer window.
