Anyone else think the home kit looks a bit like a "colour field" abstract painting with the red and blue colours?

I felt this since I saw it, but since i know nothing about art i couldn't work out what style of painting I was thinking of....maybe the design is meant to be somewhat artistic?

Those shirts are HORRIBLE, the away shirt looks like some kind of caribian tourist shirt. The home shirt just keeps on getting uglier and uglier, the red looks like someone has bled really heavily and misscoloured the shirt. Im glad i bought my Xavi/Messi/Iniesta shirt the 2010/11 season.

My favourite Barcelona jersey has to be from the 2010/11 campaign, the usual red and blue stripes with the yellow collar. That jersey was electric, and the aqua away jersey was one of my favourites as well. I really hope this isn't the jersey for next year, but it's almost certain now isn't it?

I like the current one. The yellow collar and other yellow features of the 10/11 did not seem as clean as the current one. I liked the much older Jerseys as well. Hopefully the new one looks good!

I don't mind this years kit, but I prefer last seasons and 2009 the split kit.

However this kit sucks, lets hope there is time for it too be changed.

the thing is nike makes several designs for each club, the club then decideds on wich kit to go with. Nike desing teams are some of the greatest in the world. its never just a design they just come up with, they normally have a story/insparation behind them along with staying within the core of the team colors and legacy. as far as the training gear nike just make one model based on over all theme, if you notice barca has more liberal colors on there training gear every year(neon,pink,turqoiuse) where as you see manchester with the same color scheemes (black/white/red) every year. overall nike makes several designs and its up to barca to choose what to go with.
