That is the highlight of the decade for the Pelicans. To troll some Lakers fans on Twitter.:facepalm::lol:

It's sad as it shows just how little sporting relevance they have had and continue to have as a franchise. They probably won't be talked about as much as they are currently in years.

Apparently, the home fans, when Lakers are playing in their arena, took the page from English football fans' book and are chanting: Bron gonna trade you at all of the players except LeBron.

Crazy number of trades going on.
Zillion player trade between Rockets Cavs & Kings that send Shumpert to Houston. Porter to Chicago and it seems Barnes to the Kings.
Maving clearing the team for Luka era very quick. How many player in the team right now was before him except the very old guards? (Harris/Barea/Dirk)

It is awful look for the Mavs, especially considering Barnes is a class act. Great dude
That being said, I think the trade was leaked during game but didn't happen at that time.
Mavs & Kings probably knew before the games -Kings playing today too- and wanted to announce it afterwards but someone leaked it.
Coach talked about after the game and didn't look happy at all, was disappointed that someone else told Barnes and was oerly apologizing during post game press conference
OTOH Barnes is joining the better team, who have great future too. He shouldn't be too sad about it

Lebron would have had a point if he was just defending Barnes, but this look like he is just defending AD and trying to control the narrative
